Building Smart
Doesn't Mean Building Cheap

One of the biggest misconceptions about saving money when building a home is that you have to sacrifice the things you really want. You don't.

The framing costs what it costs. The concrete costs what it costs. But then come the finishes: flooring, lighting, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, hardware. That's where a budget can get away from you fast.

At Restore Construction, we help our clients know where it's worth spending a little more, where you can save, and where we can use the relationships we've built over the years to get better pricing. I'd much rather help you find a $300 light fixture for $125 than tell you that you can't have the look you want.

  • Transparent, honest pricing from day one
  • Relationships with local suppliers for better rates
  • Design guidance to stretch every dollar
  • No surprises, we communicate every step

Eric & Traci not only helped us build our forever home, they helped my husband build his Man Cave (shop). I am sure that we will have more projects that will need their assistance. They are professional and have hearts of gold. That is hard to find nowadays. We recommend them whenever we can.

Building our barndominium was truly an amazing experience from start to finish with Restore Construction. In just three months, we went from plans to a beautiful, high-quality home that exceeded all of our expectations. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and efficiency throughout the entire process were outstanding. Eric and the amazing workers he suggested were professional, organized, and communicative every step of the way. The final result is not only stunning but also functional, well-built, and exactly what we envisioned. We are beyond thrilled with our home!

Questions We Actually Get

Not a marketing FAQ. This is what Robertson County homeowners ask Eric on the first visit.

Still unsure? Just call: (615) 394-7318
Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, always. We'll come out, walk the property with you, talk through your goals, and put together an honest estimate with no pressure and no obligation.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Robertson County and surrounding communities in Middle Tennessee, including Springfield, Portland, Greenbrier, White House, and Coopertown.

Can I customize the floor plan and finishes?

Absolutely. That's the whole point. We build custom, which means your home is designed around your family, your preferences, and your budget. Traci works closely with every homeowner on finish selections.

How do you help us stay on budget?

We're upfront about where money goes and where it doesn't have to. We have strong relationships with local suppliers and help clients make smart trade-offs so you get the look you want without overspending.

Do you build barndominiums?

Yes, and we love them. Several of our most recent projects have been barndo builds, and the results speak for themselves. Check out our work and reviews from past clients.

How involved will you be throughout the build?

Eric is hands on at every stage, from the first site visit through the final walkthrough. And once interior selections begin, Traci is your main point of contact to keep everything moving and make the fun decisions together.
