As your own general contractor, you hold that role on the permit and make the final calls on subcontractors, materials, and scheduling. Restore Construction works alongside you the whole way, handling coordination, paperwork, and scheduling so you're not doing it blind.
Do I have to be my own GC, or can Restore just build the whole thing?
It's your choice. Most of our clients choose the Be Your Own GC approach for the budget control, but a more traditional full-service build is available too. We'll talk through both so you can decide what's right for you.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, always. We'll come out, walk the property with you, talk through your goals, and put together an honest estimate with no pressure and no obligation.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Robertson County and surrounding communities in Middle Tennessee, including Springfield, Portland, Greenbrier, White House, and Coopertown.
Can I customize the floor plan and finishes?
Absolutely. That's the whole point. We build custom, which means your home is designed around your family, your preferences, and your budget. Traci works closely with every homeowner on finish selections.
